First/ Draft questionnaire





This is my first Questionnaire.I sent 5 out as pilot copies and ask for feedback. I was told that the questionnaire was boring and needed more colour and images. However, the questions were good and easy to understand.

    You could mention that your questionnaire is qualitative research etc. Might be useful for people to know!
